The Breastfeeding Festival (Manchester) 2016: Sat 25th & Sun 26th June Stall Holder Application Form

 

By completing this form you acknowledge that you have read and fully understand the terms and conditons and agree to abide by them if your application is accepted. All products/merchandise to be sold are in compliance with The International Code of Marketing of Breastmilk Substitutes & BFI standards and should not normalise or promote artificial feeding.

Terms and Conditions – please ensure you read this information carefully as it forms part of your stallholders contract.
APPLICATIONS – All applications must be made on a Breastfeeding Festival-Manchester Application Form. No application will be accepted unless completely filled out and accompanied by the full fee of £40 for the weekend and £30 for a day. (please make cheques payable to The Breastfeeding Festival )  If your application is not accepted you will be notified by e-mail or by telephone and a refund will be made

GOODS – Breastfeeding Festival-Manchester reserve the right to limit the number of spaces available at any event. Only goods that are compliant with International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes  can be exhibited or sold from your stall. No counterfeit or stolen goods must be displayed
OPEN AND CLOSING TIME – Stallholders can begin unloading at  9am on the Saturday and 9am on the Sunday. Festival opening times 10am – 5pm Sat and 10-4pm on Sunday Please be completely set up 15 minutes before opening time. Your display can only be dismantled AFTER the closing time unless otherwise agreed with Breastfeeding Festival-Manchester. Your stall can be left intact for the full weekend if you wish, however Breastfeeding Festival will not be held accountable for any loss/theft of property
NEATNESS OF DISPLAY AND DISPLAY AREA. All tables must be covered. Table coverings (non-inflammable) must reach the floor at front and sides of the table if storing items underneath your table for safety and tidiness. Your display area must be kept neat and tidy at all times. No nailing or fixing to the floor or walls of the building is allowed. After dismantling your display, make sure that your area is clean. ALL LITTER MUST BE TAKEN AWAY WITH YOU AT THE END OF THE EVENT. Tables must not be moved without permission as they have been positioned to give the correct width for walkways and fire exits
CANCELLATION POLICY
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our fundraising as a not for profit organisation, refunds will not be given unless the cancellation is on our part.

LIABILITY – Breastfeeding Festival -Manchester cannot and will not be held responsible for the safety of  any persons, stock or money possessions while travelling to or from or during the event. All items brought onto the premises are done so at the owners own risk. If you have Public Liability Insurance, please enclose a copy of your valid certificate with your booking form
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION – In all matters relating to this event, Breastfeeding Festival-Manchester’s decision is final. Smoking is not allowed at the event or on the premises or land. Applications will only be accepted with a completed Application Form, the correct fee and a copy of your Public Liability Insurance where applicable.
